A massive and exceptionally impressive elephant-folio facsimile reproducing a unique manuscript containing both the Shahnameh and Khamsa Nezami, belonging to the "Center for the Great Islamic Encyclopedia" and dating to the 8th century AH (14th century AD).

Entirely in Farsi (with only a few pages of English text as an "intro"), this edition is a precise photographic reproduction of the original manuscript, published in 2000, offering an exceptionally faithful representation of this important work of Farsi literary heritage.

A substantial and beautifully produced volume comprising 1,077 pages, measuring approximately 32 × 24 with an imposing 7 cm thickness and weighing approximately 4.6 kg together with its slipcase. The book is bound in genuine leather and housed in a matching genuine leather slipcase. Both the binding and slipcase have a particularly luxurious and tactile quality.

The book itself is in excellent, clean condition. The slipcase shows some signs of wear, including minor chipping, as visible in the photographs.
