Vintage Space Age Wall Clock – Juwelier Hörl Augsburg (1970s Lime Green Edition)
Up for sale is a rare, authentic handmade unique Space Age wall clock originally created as an exclusive boutique display prototype for the prestigious German jeweler Juwelier Hörl Augsburg. This is a truly unique design object that is nowhere to be found online.
This eye-catching piece perfectly embodies the bold, playful aesthetic of 1970s European pop art design. Built on a square, vibrant lime green plastic base, the face features a beautiful grain-brushed stainless steel front plate.
The dial is defined by a raised, floating circular ring in matching green, housing twelve highly polished cylindrical aluminum or steel studs that serve as three-dimensional hour markers.
Minimalist black hands and a sleek red seconds hand complete this iconic retro design object.
