This example features a refined silver-tone dial with applied hour markers and luminous-style inserts on the hands and indexes. At 3 o’clock is the characteristic day-date display, with Sunday displayed in red for an attractive visual accent.

One of the most appealing features of this watch is its exhibition case back, allowing the automatic mechanical movement and oscillating rotor to be viewed directly through the transparent rear cover.

The movement is marked SEIKO TIME CORP. 7S26B, TWENTY-ONE JEWELS, identifying it as part of Seiko’s well-known 7S26 automatic movement family.

The stainless-steel case and matching metal bracelet complete the classic and versatile Seiko 5 appearance.

Condition

This is a pre-owned watch and shows signs of age and previous use.

There are scratches, scuffs and general wear on the case, bezel and bracelet. Some minor marks and age-related wear may also be present on the dial and other areas.

The transparent case back provides a clear view of the mechanical movement and gives the watch additional character.
