Created in 1960 by Jacques Puffeney, the estate covered 6 hectares, which were themselves divided into a dozen plots. There, he cultivated with irreproachable care Poulsard, Pinot Noir, Trousseau, Chardonnay and Savagnin. Alas, it was time to retire for this winemaker nicknamed "the Pope of Arbois". 2014 marked the definitive end of its activity. This wine was produced organically. Ruby colour, not very intense. It has a delicate aromatic bouquet marked by notes of cherry and venison. The palate nicely balances the sweetness of the fruit and the acidity typical of its terroir, which gives persistence and freshness.
