Roccolo Grassi's Amarone della Valpoliccella is a true liquid emblem of softness and elegance, as well as one of the most representative expressions of one of Italy's wine excellences. Roccolo Grassi's Amarone wine comes from the classic blend of the area composed of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and a small addition of Croatina. The Amarone della Valpolicella comes from the Roccolo Grassi vineyard, a single body of 12 hectares, of which 8 are dedicated to Valpolicella, while the remaining 4 older vineyards are reserved for Amarone and Recioto. Natural drying of the grapes. This is followed by fermentation in steel, malolactic in wood and aging in barriques for 26 months, of which 50% are new. Bottle rest for 24 months. A true champion in its typology, capable of seducing even the most demanding palates. A great wine for special occasions.
