A pair of chic victorian bedside/table lamps, created by Massive, a Belgian/Flemish company founded in 1926 by Mr. De Jaeck in Antwerp. The designer created a family business specializing in luxurious table lamps, pendant lights, and chandeliers. This pair of lamps is one of their creations. The beautifully decored base of the lamps is crafted from brass metal, from which an green onyx stone body emerges. The covers are peach colored, made from linen, and have a decorative fringe at the bottom side. Though they are still beautiful, the covers show signs of aging, with some stains and small scratches on the material, as can be seen in the pictures. One of the lightswitches has tape on it, so the light needs to be switched off/on by removing or putting back in the plug from the contact.
