Vintage Al-Ka (Krona) Lidded Box & Vase Duo – Red Porcelain with Silver-Toned Mounts – Germany

A striking decorative duo from Al-Ka / Kunst Kronach, showcasing the brand’s characteristically rich red porcelain paired with silver-toned metal mounts and delicate floral ornament. Both pieces embody the refined Central-European taste of the mid-20th century: elegant, ornamental, and unmistakably crafted with attention to detail.

A rounded, footed box with a domed lid topped by a pointed finial. The floral decoration is executed in fine silver and gold tones, softly contrasting with the deep red glaze.

Condition note:
The inner brim under the lid (not visible when closed) shows damage / inner chipping. This does not affect the exterior appearance; externally the box presents very well. Lid fits properly. See close-up photos.

Condition:
Good vintage condition with age-consistent surface wear on the metal mount, typical for Al-Ka pieces of this period. No cracks or chips visible on the porcelain.
