VINIFICATION
12 months in new 500 lts French oak,casks followed by 12 months in bottle.

TASTING NOTES
Mentholy aroma, with berries. In the mouth is balanced, elegant, with velvety tannins, intense and persistent.

SERVING
It goes well with game, red meat and cheese. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and temperature fluctuations. Serve at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC. Consume in moderation.

HISTORY
Amid its 1600 hectares, HerdadedoSobroso merges its wine production with the pleasures of its surroundings and nature, operating as a leisure centre. Located in Vidigueira, Alentejo, Herdade do Sobroso is bordered by the Mendro mountain range to the north, the River Guadiana to the east and to the south is a vast plain that stretches as far as the eye can see.
It is here, amongst the harmonious geography that the rich land has settled and it is within these surroundings that the winery is found.
