Auction was completed, and promptly paid. The seller failed to deliver after several requests to update and ship.

I am not a professional seller but a private individual.
I immediately sent a message to explain that shipping from Italy to the USA is complex, with declarations to make and exorbitant costs for a 100 euro item.
I'm sorry I wasn't able to satisfy the customer but this is an auction, it can't be a loss.
