About us. We only sell jewelry with natural stones. Until today we have not sold any new jewelry, only preloved jewelry. In principle, we offer resizing for rings only if you write to us immediately after placing the order. We generally ship the package by 1 pm on the working day following the order. For this reason, we would like you to tell us the desired size immediately after you order. If our ad states that we sell a ring size from X to X+2, it means that that ring has been seen by an experienced jeweler who has the opinion that he can resize that ring by two sizes without damaging its beauty and hallmarks. For transportation, we use bubble envelopes and recycled paper boxes. Generally, the items arrive at the recipient within 8 days.
