    The pendant is lovely. However, the diamond fell out of its setting on day 1. Luckily, it fell out when I was about to wear it, therefore, I didn't lose it.

    Defective ring, loose prongs & missing stones. Unhelpful seller refused partial refund, demanded return despite wedding deadline. Thanks to Catawiki support for a quick solve with a partial refund.

    So happy with the ring, perfect! Delivered in a jewellery box could've been more appropriate than a plastic zip bag though. But hey, I'll wear it constantly so I don't have to store it 😄 Thank you!

    Je n'ai pas reçu le bijou . Or j'ai reçu un mail samedi 16 Mai 2026 que le colis etait livré dans la boîte aux lettres. Je croyais qu'il fallait une signature contre objet. j'attends des nouvelles...
