We try to handle everything as well as possible and to take care of the shipment in a very good way. If the buyer is not satisfied, we always come to a solution together. See our reviews for confirmation. We appreciate personal contact, even if there are complaints. If several lots are purchased in the same auction, we will calculate the cheapest shipping costs based on registered shipping. Shipping costs that are too much collected by Catawiki will be reimbursed to you afterwards
