Dante Alighieri 700th Anniversary Auction

September marks 700 years since the death of Dante Alighieri, one of Italy's most influential writers and philosophers. Dante's epic poem, La Divina Commedia, is regarded as one of the greatest works of world literature, and a cornerstone in the evolution of Italian as an established literary language.
