Catawiki currently does not offer a pause or holiday mode for auctions.

If you expect to be unavailable:

• Avoid submitting new objects in the days before your absence.
• Ship all sold objects on time – buyers expect their objects to arrive within the usual timeframe.
• Monitor your fulfilment time score in your performance dashboard. Repeated delays can affect your payouts and lead to penalties.
• If you have an object in auction, and an emergency prevents you from shipping: 
  • Contact the buyer via the Message Centre.

Important to know

• Listings cannot be paused once they are live – they will remain visible to buyers and can still sell.
• Late shipping due to absence may lower your seller performance score and can affect your future ability to submit objects.
