The Boss BR-8 is an 8-bit 8-track recording workstation for guitar players and other musicians who are looking for a simple, yet powerful portable home studio.
The famous V-Studio technology, including virtual Tracks, COSM effects processing and non-destructive method (undo/redo) has been expanded to include unique features for guitarists such as a Rhythm Guide, Phrase Trainer (slow motion playback of pieces, for example, in order to find and study fast licks) and a built-in chromatic tuner.

 - Zip100 drive to record on 100MB Zip disks (available online from a few euros a piece)
 - Simple and intuitive interface with bright and clear LCD screen
 - Records and plays back in high quality
 - 3 stereo effects processors including COSM Guitar and Bass Amp models, acoustic/bass guitar modelling and dynamics, and vocal processing
 - Built-in Rhythm Guide (drum machine) with more than 80 rhythms
 - Chromatic tuner and Hi-Z guitar input (optimised input to directly plug in bass and guitar)
 - Phrase Trainer to slow down recordings to half speed without changing the pitch
 - 24-bit analog inputs, including 2 microphone inputs and stereo RCA input,
 - Optical digital output, analog outputs and headphone jack (6.3 mm)
 - Midi out including Midi Clock and MTC to sync external equipment or for example to control your DAW
 - Connections for footswitch and expression pedal
 - Nice optical condition and 100% tested and technically in order
 - Very portable: 40 x 26 x 9 cm
 - Includes 9 ZipDisks, including the original Demo Disk, Roland power supply, extensive and very pleasant manuals in Dutch and English, in the original packaging.
