The Continental standard, recognisable from the logo of the factory in Chemnitz, is a wonderful machine. The serial number 143816 dates from 1919. The lacquer, texts, keys and the print are nicely intact. The machine looks beautiful. The machine is 100 years old. The keys and handles still work, only the ribbon has dried out. The machine needs some proper cleaning and polishing, after which the machine will work well again. Shipping outside of Europe (including Russia) at actual shipping costs in case these costs are higher then mentioned.
