Coming up for auction is a beautiful porcelain wall plate by Rosenthal of ‘Haus Wachenfeld’.
At almost 80 years old, the plate is in a very good condition for its age.
The motif is hand-painted, with the result that the plates differ from each other. Each plate is unique. The motif is slightly raised. It is even more beautiful in real life. The holes for hanging it up are also beautifully intact. What is also very nice, is the original, preserved label by Rosenthal.
‘Haus Wachenfeld’ was rented by Adolf Hitler in 1928. After seizing power in 1933, he bought this country house and named it Berghof
The parcel will be sent insured with DHL. The plate will be well packed with double padding in a box.
