Don Rosa

Keno Don Hugo Rosa, known simply as Don Rosa, is a Disney-born American cartoonist of Italian origin, famous all over the world for his stories starring Scrooge McDuck, Donald Duck and the whole Duck family.

Don Rosa is considered by many to be the heir of Carl Barks, of whom he is also a great admirer. His "Saga of Scrooge McDuck" ("The Life and Times of $ crooge McDuck") earned him the prestigious Eisner Award in the United States.


This is one of the original illustrations created in November 2019 within the Performance Area of the Lucca Comics & Games international festival. By participating in this auction, you can not only win a work signed by a great author, but also collaborate with the charity project that has brought together the world's greatest artists in Lucca for 20 years to create images for charity.
