Bollinger has decided to offer a special vintage. A vintage celebrating two important dates, firstly the 40 years of love between James Bond and Bollinger, since the famous secret agent tasted champagne Bollinger since 1979, but also the upcoming release of the 25th album of the franchise, No Time To Die.
It is a Blanc de Noirs made exclusively from Pinot Noirs coming from the terroir of Aÿ. This is the first time Bollinger has made a vintage from this vintage.
The wine is aged in oak barrels, averaging around 20 years old. Once bottled, this limited edition has spent 7 years in the cellars of the house to gain complexity. This limited edition James Bond 2011 is an Extra Brut
