Very rare Riga 13 classic moped from 1988. Lights, brakes, everything works. This moped is 30 years old and has a 45cc engine, it comes from Riga in Latvia (the former USSR) hence the name. The moped is original and can reach 30 km/h. The engine block was overhauled and has good compression. Including the original USSR documents and a proof of purchase from 1988! You can apply for a registration with these. Unique and very rare moped. This moped was originally made in Latvia. After Russia annexed Latvia, the company was allowed to keep producing the moped under its own name. These currently have a cult status in Latvia!
