Italy - Autographed Decree Mussolini and Re - Nomination of Colonel Alfano

Description
Italy - Autographed Decree Mussolini and Re - Nomination of Colonel Alfano
Original - Excellent condition

Exceptional rarity!!!
Decree with handwritten signatures of Mussolini and King Victor Emmanuel III on the front (which, compared to the other documents bearing the signatures on the back, not only makes it rarer, but also ideal to be framed)!
The exceptional peculiarity is that it deals with the appointment of a well-known person of the period (and even later), Ignazio Alfano, Colonel of Naval Engineering, as an ordinary member of the committee for warship projects.
From documents found on the internet, it can be seen that he was awarded the Order of the Crown of Italy as per the Official Gazette of 1936 and that, later, he was promoted as general and head of engineering. In the post-war period he was called several times by the President of the Republic as part of the Supreme Commission for the Advancement of the Navy!!!
All the above added to the perfect condition of the document make it of ABSOLUTE collectable value!!!
