Pierre Garnier (1928–2014) was a French poet, writer, critic and translator, born January 9, 1928 in Amiens. He was married to the poet Ilse Garnier.
The "spatialism" he founded has international significance. He also worked in the areas of poetry (numerous individual publications), essays (e.g. about Nietzsche), translations (especially Gottfried Benn into French).
