Vintage Universal Fluid Head tripod made in Sydney, Australia.

This tripod is a nice combination of wood and metal. The tripod is 113 cm high and extends to a maximum of 155 cm. The tripod head works well. The tripod has light traces of use on the wood and a few on the black metal. The legs of the tripod also work properly. The tripod including head weighs 5.5 kg.

This vintage tripod has a so-called Fluid Head, so you can create very smooth images, probably used for cinema films in the past. The tripod also has a small unique levelling bowl (spirit level). The legs of the tripod have one side for outdoor use and one side with rubber caps for indoor use, one rubber cap is missing. Rare tripod, for the vintage fans, collectors, but also suitable for just use.
