Dissolution of a collection
The MOSAIK is currently one of the oldest comics of German production.
The magazine was founded in East Berlin in 1955. The first issue with the three Digedags as the main heroes was published on 23 December 1955 and today achieves a collector's value of about €4000.
The current offer starts with no. 27 of February 1959 (slightly damaged) and ends with no. 516 of December 2018.
Complete and very well preserved are the present vintages 1979, 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988 and 1989.
Issue 8 is missing in the 1976 vintage.
In the 1977 vintage, issues 1, 2, 6 and 11 are missing. No. 13 is available.
In the 1978 vintage, issues 1, 2, 4 and 7 are missing.
Among all booklets there are about 6 with address stickers on the back.
The 129 issues are in good to very good condition.
(Furthermore, there are also more than 150 issues of various degrees of preservation, from 1960 to 1979).
They have the well-known magazine dimensions of 24 cm x 16 cm with the page numbers 19 to 24.
