Chevraena or various thoughts of history, criticism, erudition and morals collected and published by Mr. Chevreau.
Urbain Chevreau (1613-1701), French writer was a lawyer in the Parliament of Paris. A great traveler, he was part of the court of Christine of Sweden.
He was also tutor to the Duke of Maine, son of Louis XIV and Madame de Montespan.
