Volkswagen - Duesenberg Phaeton Convertible "1930" Tribute - 1983
Splendid and rare "Fiat Nuova 500" from November 1957.
Very rare model as it not only has the original long hood, but is a model constructed only in the months of November and December 1957, to be offered as a replacement (for free) to those that purchased the first series (July/October 57), which presented obvious issues that led to discomfort such as the fixed windows, the too large deflector which hit the steering wheel when fully open, full absence of chrome etc.
The car had a conservative restoration approx. 10 years ago and since then it has only left the garage to participate in some competition/event.
No defects present and it has all of the original sheet metal components without any rust on the chassis or the underbody.
The engine (matching the model) was recently inspected and serviced, the clutch and the brakes installation are completely new, the splendid interiors, like the hood, the electrical installation is in perfect working order.
The documents, as well as the iron plates are the original ones.
Pickup in Rome is preferable, where the car can be tested and viewed upon arranging an appointment with Catawiki, it's still possible to arrange for shipping at competitive prices all over the world.
