The Amour de Deutz Rosé 2009 vintage is mainly made from Pinot Noir (64%) from the terroirs of Aÿ, Verzenay, Ambonnay and Bouzy. As well as Chardonnay (36%) from the Avize crus, and Mesnil-sur-Oger. The specificity of the style and appearance of the wine is due to the addition, during the blending, of 9% of a great red Pinot Noir wine produced by Deutz from plots of old vines from the Aÿ coast. and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ.
