A folk statue depicting the Holy Virgin standing on a globe with an encroaching snake. Rhine or Maasland circa 1700. The Virgin stands with her arms crossed over her breast looking at the spectator. She has very long curly hair. Some remains of polygromy are visible. The Virgin is place on a later wooden base. Some woodwork holes that are filled especially on the back. The woodworm is not active.
