You are bidding on a UK Press of the debut album of the legendary band Led Zeppelin, in near mint vinyl condition (!): - A 1972 early UK Press (52 years young) of Led Zeppelin ‘I’, released on Atlantic Records K 400 31, with matrix runouts K 40031 A1/K 40031 B1, a laminated cover with orange lettering, ‘Made in UK’ on the clean green-white-orange Atlantic labels and original inner sleeve with patent number 1.125.555 ‘Made in England’. The album is printed & made by MacNeill Press London. Misprint: B5 track ‘How Many More Times’ listed with incorrect duration (3:30) on cover and labels. The pictures are an essential part of the LP-description, so watch them carefully. Cover: Excellent+ - Vinyl: Near Mint ! According to Jimmy Page the recording of this debut album only took about 36 hours of studio-time, mixing included! Nevertheless the album was described as a ‘brilliant blues-rock offensive’. Rolling Stone Magazine ranks the album as 29th in it’s ‘500 Greatest Albums of All Time’. This is a real opportunity to find and buy an early UK Press of Led Zeppelin’s debut album in this amazing condition! This is an album every true classic rock vinyl-lover wants.
