Kazuhiko Fukuda (born 1929) is a Japanese art critic and sexual philosopher. Biography Born in Osaka. He graduated from Bunka Gakuin Department of Literature and Tokyo University of Photography Department of Technology. He studied at the Athénée Français. 1958-73 Chief lecturer, Department of Industrial Art, Kanazawa College of Art. In 1963, he won the Grand Prix at the 1st International Industrial Photography Exhibition (Czechoslovakia). Since 1967, he has spent long periods of time in India, Southeast Asia, and Europe and America, mainly Italy. He is a WAS academic member. He writes a lot of erotica reviews.
