700 Year Old York Minster Cathedral Oak fountain Pen made from reclaimed wood salvaged from the Fire of 1984. Oak is dated 1250, made from the Cathedral's 13th Century Oak Beams Limited edition - Handmade. Sourced directly from York, UK. Complete with COA. An extremely rare chance to purchase a piece of oak from the World famous York Minster Cathedral, York, England dated to the 13th Century (1250) the wood is taken from the South Transept, which caught fire in 1984. Taken from the beams which supported the original roof. Hand turned by a local York craftsman into this pen. The pen is certified and is accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity from the superintendent of works at York Minster Cathedral. Included- A Fountain pen which is 24 Carat Gold plated. The fountain pen has a German made Iridium nib. A free carry pouch for keeping the pen safe if carried. Bottled ink and converter cartridge The pen is presented in a beautiful box with indented logo. Well packaged and sent securely.
