This ultra-limited quantity champagne owes its excellence to the maestro and former cellar master Régis Camus. Today it is Maud Rabin and Emilien Boutillat who have the duty to continue to shine Rare. The dress is of a bright clear gold while the nose is of a purity on butter and oak. On the palate it is apple, pear or persimmon punctuated by a remarkable saline finish.
