B Barker (XlX), Attributed to - A view from Richmond Walk, Plymouth

I am offering for auction a superb and fine early 19th century watercolour of a view from Richmond Walk, Plymouth, which has been attributed to B Barker. The painting measures 32 x 25.5 cm. The frame measures 49.5 x 43 cm. Condition of the painting is fairly good. Please view all photos for accurate condition. A few light foxing marks. Ready to hang. Sorry about reflections on the glass. Please note. I am on vacation until 2nd May 2024 so all paintings will be posted as soon as I return. Please note. Due to the fragile nature of old frames and glass, our shippers do not provide insurance for any damage caused during transit. We go to great lengths to ensure each painting is packed and protected to a very high standard but sadly cannot compensate or refund for any damage occurring to frames or glass during transit. Therefore the frame and any glass is a gift to you with zero value and you are bidding on the artwork only. Due to Brexit, there are delays at EU customs borders though the situation is improving. Please do not blame me for delays or any customs duty payable. I really appreciate your understanding and patience. Steve.
