Offset lithograph on heavyweight smooth satin paper (300gsm approx.). - Authorized edition 1986. - Plate signed. - Size: 60 x 90cm. - Condition: excellent. Never framed, never exposed. - Giorgio de Chirico is best known as a co-founder of the Scuola Metafisica art movement that blossomed in Italy at the start of the 20th century. On the secondary market, his canvases frequently command seven-figure prices, one of his works fetched $15.9 million at a famous auction house. Artists of similar importance: Picasso, Hockney, Miro, Soulages, Lagasse, Lautrec, Klimt, Matisse, Chagall, Villemot, Magritte, Cappiello, Dalí, Gauguin, Monet, Cezanne, Van Gogh, Botero, among others.
