Van Der Graaf Generator ‎– H To He Who Am The Only One Promo -is the third album by British progressive rock band Van der Graaf Generator. It was released on Charisma Records in 1970. The band recorded the album in stages at Trident Studios in mid-1970 with producer John Anthony. The songs mentioned a killer shark in "Killer", a lost love in "Lost" and sci-fi material in "Pioneers Over c". Bassist Nic Potter left the group during recording in August, while organist Hugh Banton took over bass guitar in the studio and played bass pedals in concert. Robert Fripp of King Crimson made a guest appearance on guitar and the cover was the first of several by the band to feature Paul Whitehead's artwork. It was considered by critics to be a good example of progressive rock albums. "Killer" was praised as a fan favorite.
