Group 1850 - Paradise now - Vinyl record - 1st Stereo pressing - 1969

This remarkable Dutch release from Group 1850, a true gem for collectors, was unveiled in 1969, a staggering fifty-five years ago. This was the same year when the first man set foot on the moon, the iconic Woodstock music festival took place, and The Beatles bid farewell with their last public concert on the roof of Apple Records. Yoko Ono and John Lennon also made history with their seven-day love-in at the Amsterdam Hilton hotel. Embodying the spirit of the era, this record is a testament to the new phenomenon of Flowerpower that sparked musical creativity, including the rise of psychedelic rock, and also served as a platform for protests against the Vietnam War. It's this very spirit that allows Paradise Now to shine through. This is not just a record, it's a piece of history! LP 7063 is released on Vroom & Dreesmann's Discofoon label. The condition is excellent. There are no visible scratches and no irregularities during playback. The cover also looks neat. There is an older price sticker on the back. The inner cover is actually a folding sheet; see photos as part of the description. The fold is partly interrupted in the middle.
