EPU is a blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Carmenere, 5% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Franc which matures for one year in used barriques. The 2021 is intense and fruity, spicy and spicy, with a creamy texture and fine-grained tannins. It is a second wine, but the Epu is perhaps even a bit more classic and is more Bordeaux and its big brother the Almaviva is more Chilean. Decant the EPU in its younger years. The wine received 94/100 from Suckling
