What is done during the restoration:
- Complete vacuum relining of the painting.
- Removing dirt and cleaning of the painting.
- Complete removing of the old varnish layer.
- Consolidation and retouching of the existing paint layer at various places.
- Applying new (non-yellowing) varnish layers.
- Replacement on the old stretcher frame.
- Installing of new wedges in the stretcher frame.
Will be carefully wrapped and professionally shipped!
