Cuvée Vénus 2013 Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is elaborated from Chardonnay and sourced from an old Avize vineyard which was planted in 1959. This vineyard is exclusively harvested by the man and plowed by the Venus horse. Raised exclusively in oak barrels, unfiltered and bottled directly on cork, this wine has rested on its lees for 6 years and was stirred manually. The disgorgement date is 60 days prior to commercialization. This non-dosed cuvée is fruity. It reveals several aromas such as white truffle and roasting… A true delight !
