An excellent Paris porcelain krater urn, measuring 25.8cm in height and weighing 1527g, decorated in abundant gold, partly burnished, with touches of blue to simulate sapphire cabochons within gold medallions on the white glazed porcelain, the handles with double sculpted heads. Inscribed to the reverse with annotations in the gold, and dated 1st of April 1834.
Condition: Very good, nibble to the unglazed rim, no other significant damages or repairs. Minimal wear commensurate with age.
