Chique Nederlands zilveren miniatuur van een paardentram en 2 personen.

Op 25 juni 1864 reed de eerste paardentram in Den Haag. Het was ook de eerste tram die ooit in Nederland reed. De lijn liep vanaf de Parkstraat over de Scheveningseweg naar het Kurhaus in Scheveningen. Hierna volgden nog zeven andere lijnen in de regio. Een kleine vijftig jaar bleven de paardentrams rijden. Ze werden later opgevolgd door stoom en elektrische trams. De laatste door paarden voorgetrokken tram reed op 7 maart 1907 de remise in.

Dit miniatuur is een replica op schaal van deze paardentram.
Gemaakt in hoge kwaliteit zilver door Begeer, omstreeks 1975.
Het paard kan los genomen worden van de tram, zie foto.
Gekeurd met 835 zwaardje en een B met kroon van Begeer.

Conditie is uitstekend! Zie alle foto's s.v.p.
