Offering in auction Swiss Made Jaeger-LeCoultre men's dress watch with reference number 140 002 1, dating back to the 1980s. It features a very sleek solid 18k yellow gold case which measures 33mm diameter and is just 5mm thick! The dial on this particular example comes in a gold tone with subtle vertical brushed finish. It keeps its minimalist look thanks to polished gold non-numeral indexes and baton shaped hands. Inside the watch cosily sits a high quality caliber 602 quartz movement, which is accurately keeping time. The crown is original and is made of 18K yellow gold as well (but no Jaeger LeCoultre logo) . It comes fitted to a brand new vintage dark brown leather strap with a gold plated buckle. The example sold here has been worn throughout its life, but is still in good condition considering its age. You might find some slight wear marks on the case when closely examining the watch. The case is unpolished and therefore in original shape. The dial is untouched and original. Functionally, the watch has been thoroughly checked, received a new battery, and is working perfectly.
