Champagne Savart began producing Champane in the 1970s by Daniel Savart and now he has passed the downfall to Frédéric Savart, son of Daniel. Frédéric Savart has made many changes to the house and has worked actively in the vineyards to give expression of the purest nature of Champagne. They have about 6 hectares of vineyards in Montagne de Reims and Villers-aux-Noeuds, all these vineyards are classified as Premier Cru of which 4 acres are Pinot Noir and 2 acres are Chardonnay. A collaboration between Frédéric Savart and Dremont Pere & Fils, the cuvée Éphémère is a limited version that Frédéric Savart has selected some outstanding plots of vineyards to create a special cuvée.
