Serial number: 3274817.  Released in 1962-1964. 
PE0625 Cameras have additional "MADE IN USSR" markings on the rear plate
Among amateur photographers in the USSR, this camera was called "humpbacked"

Lens: Industar-26M 2.8/52.

Functionality: Fully functional. The lens works properly. The lens elements are clean, focusing and aperture are smooth and easy. The viewfinder and rangefinder are clean, visibility in the viewfinder is good - without distortion or aberrations. The rangefinder works normally. The aperture blades are dry and not too blurry. The shutter works well across the entire shutter speed range. The selfie stick works great. The functionality of the sync contacts was not tested, as there was no flash.
