Robot II - WWII - Luftwaffen Eigentum - zeldzaam - incl. documentatie Viewfinder camera
In deze veiling wordt een zeer zeldzame Robot II aangeboden. Alleen het F - serienummer herinnert er aan, dat deze camera in de tweede wereldoorlog is gebruikt in Duitse gevechtsvliegtuigen. De "Luftwaffen Eigentum" gravering is van de body verwijderd, wat na de oorlog vrij gebruikelijk was. Ook is een niet-militaire Tessar 3 3/4 cm/F2.8 lens geplaatst.
De camera heeft gebruikssporen, maar voor een dergelijke camera zou je geen andere patina willen. De camera ziet er mooi gebruikt uit en technisch lijkt alles in orde, veerwerkmotor en sluiter werken, maar verder is er niet getest. De Carl Zeiss Tessar lens is helder en goed te bedienen.
Naast de camera met originele cassettes wordt ook een (exacte kopie) gebruiksaanwijzing meegeleverd, waarin beschreven staat hoe deze camera in het vliegtuig wordt geïnstalleerd en gebruikt. Ondanks dat het hier om een kopie gaat, is het toch zeldzame documentatie, die vrijwel niet te vinden is.
Al om al een zeer bijzonder kavel en zeker een aanwinst voor uw verzameling. Bekijk de foto's, want zij zijn onderdeel van de omschrijving.

This auction offers a very rare Robot II. Only the F - serial number reminds us that this camera was used in German fighter planes during WWII. The "Luftwaffen Eigentum" engraving has been removed from the body, which was quite common after the war. Also a non-military Tessar 3 3/4 cm/F2.8 lens has been placed.
The camera has traces of use, but for such a camera you would not want any other patina. The camera looks nicely used and technically everything seems to be in order, spring motor and shutter work, but otherwise it has not been tested. The Carl Zeiss Tessar lens is clear and easy to operate.
In addition to the camera with original cassettes, a (exact copy) user manual is also included, which describes how this camera is installed and used in the aircraft. Despite the fact that this is a copy, it is still rare documentation, which is almost impossible to find.
