Very beautiful condition. Including certificate Ken Niewiarowicz.
Very rare. One of a kind!
In regards to the 3 colour shields Ken Niewiarowicz says:
'I believe that 3-colour shields were no longer applied after the introduction of the 1940 specifications.
Of course it is possible that some soldier did something against the rule. It is also possible that the shield is an original that was applied by some veteran or his child in 1950s. But nobody can confirm any of these alternate possibilities. That is why my opinion is that the decal was applied after. I cannot prove it'
