The WilliamsF1 Team Force Feedback Racing Wheel comes with foot pedals, of course. The pedal base is fairly small, though the pedals themselves aren't too tiny; they're just big enough that you forget about their size while playing.
The base is weighted so that it stays on the floor and doesn't lift up during use, regardless of its small size. There are also a series of rubberized strips that cover most of the base's perimeter, keeping it solidly in place.
