This rare version of Miyagikyo single malt is part of the "Nikka Discovery" series: an insight into the various experiments carried out during the whiskey making process at Nikka. Focusing on the use of yeast, this enhances the expression of fruity aromas and flavors of peach and apricot. The Nikka Discovery series is a series of limited editions. The two limited editions in 2022 are Miyagikyo and Youchi Aromatic Yeast, highlighting the diversity of the yeast used and the style of both distilleries.
