The Champagne Cristal cuvée is vinified only in great vintages, when the ripening of the grapes is perfect and every piece of the puzzle of a vintage, rain, sun and wind, is set in the right place. 2013 was a late vintage with a hot summer, it gave rise to Champagnes that were very balanced between maturity and freshness.
The Cristal 2013 is a blend of 40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot Noir, with a dosage of 8 g/l and was aged in the bottle for 10 years before disgorgement and a rest period of another 8 months in the bottle.
