This Single Malt from the Yoichi distillery has finished its maturation in barrels containing brandy. Apples are a strong symbol of Nikka's history. They are often associated with the relationship between Rita and Masataka. Indeed, she encouraged her to start her activity by selling apple juice and jam while the first whiskies were aging in the cellars.
